Now that you have gone through all this work, you still do not have a profit in hand. Why not?

Your real estate business must include a list of your customers and prospects and the relationship you have with those customers and prospects. Your list is all those that subscribed to your Facebook Messenger through ManyChat, your prospect capture page, or both.

This List is the most important thing to a real estate agent. Why? It is very simple: The bigger you build your list, the better the relationship you have with your list, the more money you will make in your real estate business.

As stated earlier, attraction marketing is really serving your market by providing something that is valuable to them which could be in the form of a blog post, videos, or other relevant content. Essentially you attract interested prospects to you who already want what you have to offer. To do this, you must brand and build you. After doing that, then your real business is a list of your customers and prospects. That list can be an e-mail list, your Facebook Messenger list, or both.

Effectively incorporating attraction marketing, then requires an integration or melding of several online marketing systems, which then become your PaaS. Your PaaS then includes your website, your blogging site, a funnelizer, which is a way to obtain e-mail and Facebook Messenger subscribers, a customer relationship management (CRM) system, and email and Facebook Messenger autoresponders.

These systems are where the final part of the three-part process of using attraction marketing comes in. Now, you will take the information and resources that you have worked so hard to develop and make them into something that is going to turn a profit for you.
